Hello from Washington! The weather here has been cold and mostly rainy but we’ve been making the most of it by exploring when it’s not raining and playing games and cooking while indoors. (And I’ve been watching “Big Little Lies” — have you seen it?) It’s so beautiful here — definitely a welcome change from the busy feeling of California.
I hope you’ve had a wonderful week wherever you are. If you traveled for Spring Break, I’d love to hear where you went! As always, my favorite links are ready for your weekend reading:
The Pulitzer Prize winners were recently announced including the three Pulitzer Prize winning articles from the New York Times
And the Pulitzer Prize winning novel (Have you read it?)
Do you know your rights when you fly? Take this quiz to find out (on NYT).
Images of the California wildflower superbloom from space!
Ya! The trailer for the next season of “Catastrophe,” one of my favorite shows
4 new comedy specials on Netflix (laughing is always a good idea!)
The best and worst U.S. airlines in 2017 rated for reliability, comfort, pets, and more
The stunning San Francisco Victorian home of Sunset Magazine’s editor in chief
Naturally dyed Easter eggs (Yes or no? I do both but still like the cheap kits for easier thrills.)
Cartoons of Sean Spicer this week (ugh)
And in case you’re like me and need some new things for spring, there are some good sales this holiday weekend:
