In 2009 my husband, son, and I spent two weeks at my father’s house in Sanur, Bali.  We had some wonderful experiences, but my favorite day of this trip was the one we spent at the Bali Bird Parkand the Sangeh Monkey Forest near Ubud.  I guess I have a soft spot for animals.

The answer to Do you know? #14 is Borobudur monument on the island of Java in Indonesia.  This place is amazing!  It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the most recognizable and important Buddhist monuments in the world.  It dates from the 8th and 9th centuries.
